Our Culture, Values and Approach

GROWTH THROUGH INNOVATION
Invest in new breakthrough products and solutions
FOCUS ON TALENT
Attract and retain the best talent
HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE
Emphasis on urgency, teamwork, results
Unique Approach
Blending the agility of a private equity firm, the flexibility of a single investor capital base, the synergistic advantage of a strategic buyer, and the power of cutting-edge AI.
Strategic Investment Philosophy
- Long-term commitment: We are focused on accelerating growth and long-term value in each business, not maximizing short-term IRR
- Focus on value creation: We invest in innovation, we don’t believe in financial engineering or innovation-crushing debt
- Partnership with the management team: We work side-by-side to support the management team of each business. We are not armchair critics or valueless board members
Investment Speed
- Fast and effective investment process: we make rapid investment decisions, we manage our due diligence processes effectively, we have a high rate of conversion of LOI’s to closed deals
- Investment Decisions made by top SAIGroup leaders: Our leaders have deep operational and investment experience—we don’t work by committee
